13 1/2 miles west of Centerville on the Navasota River near the 640 acres of James M. Smith, another San Jacinto veteran and neighbor of John Sadler's at New waverly on Little caney creek. Leon county clerk has the survey map. JMS was my GGGGgrandfather. John Sadler's mother-in-law, Elizabeth (Whitley) Lindley, was my GGGgrandaunt.(Ken Whitley)
